- Since our software is the fastest downloading
casino package on the net, your download wait time should be very
short no matter what speed your connection is. The approximate
download times are as follows:

I've downloaded the software but
now what do I do?
- You should see a file on your desktop named
"smartdownload.exe". Simply double-click the file and
follow the installation instructions.

I can't seem to
find the file that I downloaded. How can I locate it?
- If you are unable to locate the file on your
desktop, you can find it by going to the start button and selecting
"search --> find files or folders". In the Search
field type "smartdownload.exe", make sure that the "local
drives" option is selected in the "look in" field,
and then click "find now". After the file is found,
simply double-click it and follow the installation instructions.

What is the "Desktop"?
- Desktop is the term used to describe the
background area on your computer monitor. When all your programs
are minimized, what you are looking at is the Desktop. You should
see icons towards the top left corner for "My Computer",
"Recycle Bin", and any other programs your system may
have pre-installed.

How do I create
an account?
- Creating an account is quick and easy, simply
double-click Slot Fever's icon on your desktop and then click
the "new account" button. After filling out the required
information , click "create", and you will be ready
to log in to your new account.

Is my account
information kept confidential?
- Yes. Your account information is protected
by our software's state-of-the-art 128 encryption technology and
will always be kept completely confidential.

I keep getting
a "Required information needed" error when trying to
login. What do I do now?
- If you have not yet created an account, you
will need to do so before you can log in and begin playing. If
you already have an account and are getting this error, most likely
you have mistyped either your user name or your password. First,
make sure that your Caps Lock key is turned off, then, double-check
the spelling of your username and retype your password. Remember,
although your username is not case sensitive, your password is,
meaning lowercase and uppercase characters must match your original
password entry exactly. If you are still having problems logging
in after these steps, please contact Customer Support and we will
be happy to help you resolve the issue.
